After more than 25 years as a senior manager and director in a variety of service industries, Annie Constantinou founded Constant Customer Care in 2006 to help raise the standard of Customer Service in the UK and to spread the word about the all-round positive impact it can have on businesses.

In 1996, as part of her board-level responsibility for sales, marketing and public relations, Annie was given a brief by an up-scale leisure firm to study, analyse and make recommendations to take the company's customer service offering from good to excellent. It was from this project that the germ of an idea was planted.

During a recent interview Annie commented,
"To be honest, I'm often embarrassed about the lack of really good customer service here in the UK. I have friends from around the world who come to visit and people I meet every day in the street who complain about poor service."
